Augustino’s was our first Sysco project with Blueprint Design. When I originally received the task to redesign Augustino’s dine-in menu, it was a bit intimidating. The original seemed to have been a pretty good execution, with a hierarchy that I found to be better than what I could do. But while exploring ideas with the client, the design eventually emerged to fit their needs. And the only thing I can say is that I just applied what I knew. They were very happy with the outcome, and that is what has mattered most in recent years.
Of all the menus I’ve designed, this project is still my favorite.
